8/27/11 Setting realistic goals helps us accomplish more. You may feel worried about getting everything done. Give yourself goals that are attainable, keeping in mind that whatever you accomplish is good enough. We are perfect in our imperfections, and less is more. Allow yourself to be imperfect and accept that this is part of human nature. Set limits and realize everything you do is an accomplishment.
