6/07/11 It is human nature to sometimes lash out at others, but we can learn to navigate our feelings without losing our center. When we lash out, it is because we are having a hard time containing the emotions that are inside. Breathing slowly and deeply can dissipate the intensity of your feelings before they escape us. Understanding the motivation behind your reactions is the key to peaceful future relationships!

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
