1/26/12 Peace does not necessarily mean a world without problems or pain. Peace is a state of being. Inner peace is possible despite the emotional influences of the world. You can access this state of being when you cultivate peace at the core, rather than looking for it externally. Peace can mean different things like a hike in the woods, a day by the water, or even a book. Say the word tranquility while making a list of peaceful possibilities. Good for Mind~Body~Soul!

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
