We are only as good as our words, and some can never be taken back once released. They can cut deeper than a knife.
12/15/11 Our words are powerful, and it is up to us to make sure we keep them sacred. Those who keep their promises are regarded as people of integrity. We need to be very conscious of promises made to others and to ourselves. We should ask through prayer for the wisdom to do our best and to be true to our word. The result is a clear conscience and a liberating energy of truth.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
