11/9/11 What we eat and drink can have a powerful effect on focus, mental clarity, mood, and stress levels. Food is fuel. Some foods can impair cognitive functioning and sap energy, while others heighten our intellectual ability. A balanced diet can ease mood swings, anxiety, and mild depression. I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live.
