3/11/11 When we are hard on ourselves for any reason, we send our bodies the message that we are not good enough. We sap our system of much needed energy and waste time we could be using in positive ways. Like any bad habit, this one is hard to release. The more burden it places on us, the more our awareness increases toward health, and change occurs.
