3/24/13 Our fears can become so overpowering that we forget important things. Fear freezes and paralyzes our brain at times and we become overwhelmed and confused. Negative and catastrophic thoughts can bring on anxiety associated with fear. Changing our thoughts through a daily practice of love-consciousness helps to lessen the intensity of fear. We are what we think.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
