The greatest magnifying glasses in the world are one's own eyes when looking within one's own heart.
10/16/12 Self-love can seem unattainable. It is both an attitude and an act. It is about taking care of yourself mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. It is hard to love others if you don’t love yourself. Self-love includes surrounding yourself with people you trust who have your heart in mind. Don’t treat yourself like an enemy, but be compassionate and kind without judgment or criticism! Be mindful.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
