5/26/20 We are a sanctuary for the Holy Spirit. Even when the external circumstances change, God never stops blessing us. It's what's going on in the internal space of spirit that matters most.
5/25/20 Peacefully united, harmoniously strong because of those who courageously gave their lives for this country. We have gratitude for our nation’s defenders near and far. God bless the fallen heroes and the families left behind.
5/24/20 There is a fine line between acting afraid and acknowledging awareness of something. We cannot buy peace but God provides all the peace that passes understanding. Walking through is wiser than walking around a wall of fear.
5/23/20 What if tomorrow was something to look forward to and begin again? We can look ahead to what God in His infinite plan has in store for us in the future. God is defined by new beginnings, not old endings.
5/22/20 What we focus on today determines whether we move forward in the future. Social media can become popular junk food with no fruit, only fillers. We are trapped inside a transition to transform our testimony later.
5/21/20 Gratitude is a daily practice in order to live peacefully. A solid belief structure, free of worry and anxiety, creates a strong immune system. A calm response ceases stressful reactions to extreme situations.
5/20/20 Miracles may come in the middle of muddy messes. What happens in us may mean more than what happens to us. Beneath the surface, God is renewing our mind and taking root in our spirit.
5/19/20 Keep ourselves humble so God can raise us up faithfully. The birthmark of a believer is a bull's-eye for God's grace to work through. God looks for the least among us to raise for His reason to roar a resounding message.
5/18/20 When we release ourselves from what we thought we wanted, we get what we need. It is impossible to receive what is new when we are tightly holding on to the old. Are we praying for things today that we were praying away yesterday?
5/17/20 Don't let what we don't know become greater than the God we do know. We can bear spiritual fruit or die in the frustration of despair. Let humility light a peaceful path to progress.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
