One of the most challenging things we face is seeing our own bad habits repeated in other people. The lesson is reflected, but is it learned?
7/14/11 When you have a terrible day, there should be a time and place to have your feelings surface, allowing you to process them. It is too often we pretend to be “fine” when that is the farthest thing from the truth. Writing our feelings down during this time is beneficial for future reference. Avoid holding onto the negative emotions, and release the notion that you are a victim. Notice all the blessings that exist in your life, and self-pity fades away. Gratitude always does wonders for serenity and optimism!!!

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
