1/07/13 Have you ever written a gratitude letter? Think about someone who has made a real difference in your life, and write that person a letter expressing your gratitude for their influence. The letter doesn’t need to be long, but should be sincere. The recipient will be touched, as well as the writer composing and sending the letter. You get what you give. The word that is heard perishes, but the letter remains!

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
