9/20/11 Life is hectic, and we are often compelled to be as productive as possible during as many hours as we can. Accomplishment may lead to exhaustion, and not much gets done after we are spent. A 20 minute nap or rest period can be an enjoyable way for the body to rejuvenate itself. Feeling guilty about time for you will not benefit anyone. More can be accomplished when we are restored and refreshed.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
