If you keep your mind sufficiently open, people will throw alot of garbage in it. Resist it and fast from it every once in a while. Allow good, positive energy to flow in.
5/18/11 Taking a break from media in all forms is like a cleanse for your soul! TV, radio, papers, magazines, cell phones, and the web are all part of daily life. The amount of time and space these outside sources can occupy with negative thoughts is stressful, not peace=producing. Mood is directly affected by external stimulation. Take a break from the media and give yourself a greater sense of calm, balance, well-being, and new perspective on life. Love more.
