11/14/12 What causes stress? Long term stress can result in disease, and may be caused by living a life filled with anger, guilt, or resentment. These feelings persist when we are unable to forgive the person we feel who is responsible for all our hurts. Negative thoughts can be toxic if we continue to obsess over them. Forgiveness is a gift we give ourselves for healing. Let go and let God handle the stress!
