Don't lose yourself by giving your soul away; keep some love for yourself. You can't love another if you don't first love yourself.
8/11/10 Sometimes the strong desire to help others is actually a cry for help in our own pain. Focusing on helping, rescuing, and healing others is often a desire to mend a wounded part of ourselves. Overgiving can lead to resentment. This inability to admit to having our own needs and acknowledging them leads to living in crisis mode at the expense of inner peace. Recognize this behavior and find strength to turn within and become a model of empowerment and a source of healing instead of having rescuer burnout.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
