12/21/10 Good men must die, but death cannot kill their names; they are not forgotten. We all begin dying at the moment of birth, and live in denial of death’s patient grip until late in life and deep in sickness, awareness comes to sit beside them in uncomfortable silence. You only get to live twice; once when you are born and again when you look death in the face. Death is not your last sleep, but the final awakening in your journey here.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
