Carl Jung said the most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. If you don't love yourself completely, how do you expect anyone else to?
1/22/11 Do you speak to yourself with a voice of kindness and respect? One of the most important actions we take to express greater kindness is to speak to ourselves in a much more loving way. Do away with that ever-present voice of self-doubt and fear that lives within you, and replace it with affirmations of self-respect, love, and appreciation. When we are able to value our self-worth as much as we listen to the self-critic we begin to tap the resource of wisdom. You are love.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
