12/31/15 We can give without loving but we cannot love without giving. We put others needs above ours when we love. Achievements mean nothing because we are bankrupt without love. God does not care about our accomplishments and successes but He does care how we have loved in our life.
12/30/15 Never judge a book by its cover. Beauty is more than a pretty face; it brings us pleasure that stirs the soul. People who are the happiest "radiate" beauty from within. No amount of money can buy a beautiful soul. We must carry the beauty with us in order to appreciate its essence.
12/29/15 A good laugh is like jogging on the inside. Aside from working our abs, laughter makes us healthier, happier, and more productive. Shared humor bonds relationships. Sometimes laughter can be our saving grace when we need a better perspective. Life is a divine comedy lived by imperfect comedians.
12/28/15 Children lack the worries and responsibilities of adults. Some kids will laugh at everything while adults are more discriminating about what we find amusing. There is scientific evidence about the benefits of a joyful heart. God loves it. Life is short. A sense of humor puts life in perspective.
12/27/15 Positive and negative feelings reside in different parts of the brain. Happiness is something we cultivate. A beautiful memory, scent, or sound can remind us of the radiance that once filled our heart with joy. Calling to mind pleasant thoughts and memories can wipe away negative or sorrowful feelings.
12/26/15 Our intentions and desires shape our future reality. Positive affirmations prepare the way for manifesting good results tomorrow. We are all worthy of love and forgiveness. Retrain the subconscious mind by repeating affirmative thoughts all throughout the day. We are what we think about every day.
12/25/15 We serve a humble God, full of love and grace. Faith isn't just knowing something but doing something about what we know. God emptied Himself so we could be filled with His mercy and unconditional love. When we chose to have faith during the challenges, God will breathe new life into the familiar!
12/24/15 The greatest obstacle to transformation is the internal voice that tells us it's impossible. Nothing is impossible with God's help. Everyone has an inner critic. When we disengage this negative chatter, we find there is clarity, wisdom, and discernment. Be free from this self imposed prison of self talk. God only knows the language of love. Listen for it.
12/23/15 When we look at the world through shattered lenses, the world looks shattered. Hurt people will sometimes hurt people. Break the cycle of pain by realizing that God is the Great Physician who mends all the broken pieces together. In the sorrow of every ending is the awe of a new beginning.
12/22/15 We enroll ourselves in the School of Life every day. Discernment is the art of understanding. Wisdom begins with a knowledge and an understanding of God's plan for our lives, the temporary and the eternal.

Author - Linda BeckwithI believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is". Archives
