12/31/12 As we all look back over the past year, no doubt there may be some areas we need to think, rethink, or regret. We are always learning and growing; we can’t change what we don’t acknowledge. The days ahead will not be absent of light and action, but an extension of the inspired and profound new days before us. Thank God for all the things that cost nothing but are worth everything!
12/30/12 As one sparkling holiday season closes, a new year opens up. You GET an entire 12 months of possibilities, purpose, and potential. November and December require a lot of gratitude, faith, tradition, prayer, and reflection. Build on these faith-centered practices for further inspiration as you journey through the New Year. Consider carrying forward donations of time and goodwill. Rally others to a cause!
12/29/12 As the old year runs out, an important skill to cultivate is the ability to forget. Life is what our thoughts make it. If you want to move past failure and unpleasant experiences, forget those things which are behind and reach toward the goal. Forgiveness is the key to mental and physical health!
12/28/12 Don’t let the post-holiday blues drop in for a visit. After weeks of holiday exertion, there’s a natural let down in energy and enthusiasm. If we failed to pull off last year’s goals or personal changes, we’re going to end up feeling a little down. Give up old pains and guilt. We need to treat ourselves with kindness and love so once again we can move confidently in the direction of our dreams and goals.
12/27/12 Real life happens during the times in between celebrations and holidays. It is seldom considered a momentous occasion while we are moving from one moment to another. Between all the beginning and endings, we enjoy innumerable experiences that often go unnoticed. Celebrate the in between times by slowing down and taking in all your life’s wonders as well as the milestones. Live life fully!
12/26/12 You deserve a future that exceeds your expectations and deepest desires. It is your birthright to be happy! You deserve a future where you can love and be loved, where you can serve and be served, and where abundance and miracles are commonplace. Humbly contribute your gifts to the world, and you will be given your heart’s desire. Share your blessings and live your dreams.
12/25/12 May peace be your Christ-mas gift and may blessings overflow throughout the year. Give with a loving heart and you receive more than a gift. The gifts of time and love are the basic ingredients of true Christmas joy. All roads lead home-even our driven minds.
12/24/12 Gratitude strives for simplicity. Harmony emerges when we balance all the externals during the holidays. Beauty surrounds us in the festive decorations, illuminated by the glow of candles and a cozy fire. Joy, the child of contentment, awaits the guest of honor! FAMILY-Forget About Me, I Love You!!!
12/23/12 Each time you share forgiveness, somebody else will forgive. Send blessings silently to everyone you meet, and watch them return tenfold. Take it easy. Be merry and kind in this season of joyful wonder. It doesn’t matter whether we reflect the Light through our gifts or whether our calling is to spread it. Share your love and warmth with others. Watch the Light return.
12/22/12 Winter silences have their meaningful appeal to the reflective soul. Silence of the mind is to be at one with the essence of life. There is a lifelong glory and magic to the Christmas season, from the wide-eyed child to the older adult. It is an inexpressible wonder. Be still and know that Love is all around you!

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
