11/30/21 Plan ahead for a day of rest and solitude. A balance to a stressful week is to contemplate alone time with purpose. Doing less now will bring forth greater progress later.
11/29/21 Day to day social sounds may just be noisy distractions getting in the way of praising God. Expectation and disappointment merged together can create mind-numbing unease. Gratitude mixed with praise provides a positive internal temperature.
11/28/21 When we go to God like children, we remove any preconceived notions. A past unpleasant experience can be the enemy of future divine expectations. Stay open minded, unattached to old defeated behavior patterns.
11/27/21 Escaping from life holds no benefit to us except separation. Seeking God leads to truth. Eternal rewards are not found in possessing more but walking firmly and grounded in the shoes of peace.
11/26/21 Do we listen to the same mental soundtrack without changing? Our frame of reference can create positive or negative responses. God is the light that points to transformation through the renewing of our mind.
11/25/21 Over time we learn the greatest things in life are free. Gratitude is optimistic freedom. Love and gratitude are priceless gifts we give throughout our life and for generations to pass on.
11/24/21 God sees a version of us that we haven’t seen yet. Ever increasing glory comes from God. Where the spirit of God resides, there is freedom, peace and, of course, love.
11/23/21 When we slow down long enough, we realize how precious every moment can be. Life moments happen. Stay awake to focus on these mental snapshots.
11/22/21 In the middle of our mess, God sends messengers. Take opportunities seriously. The greatest opportunity encountered may be brilliantly disguised as an impossible situation.
11/21/21 God is a miracle-working name-changing Creator. There is a greater purpose within us that is divinely brought forth in due season. God sees what’s been there all along, not the names we often resort to call ourselves in defeat.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
