11/30/17 Experience life while planning less. Our ego is self-protective and wants to control the outcome. God is the source of all action and love, not worry or fear.
11/29/17 When we complain about what we have, we keep it. If we want to progress in success, we praise. Stop remaining and complaining in negativity that will never provide any reward.
11/28/17 How we treat ourselves is ultimately how we will treat others. Self care is not selfish if our motives are true. We can’t give love to anyone else until we give love to ourselves first.
11/27/17 This moment is an abundant bank account of unlimited possibilities. Time is not racing against us or running out. We can transcend the clock by realizing all we have is now.
11/26/17 Forward motion in the presence of fear is called courage. Be on guard and stand firm in faith. If we don’t think we can than we probably won’t; whatever the mind believes it can achieve.
11/25/17 Humility is being known for who we really are when no one is looking. Stay teachable, having an open mind. Be like water; reflective, calm, and in the flow of life.
11/24/17 Praise God for what the pain is producing. Get a PHD (Past Having Doubts) in faith, praising always. Trust the process.
11/23/17 We need to graduate life school with gratitude. Thank God in all things “even though” we don’t get everything we want. It is not about our level of accumulation but it is about our level of appreciation.
11/22/17 The path to humility begins in the mind; a decision that transforms our life. Pride is the enemy of humility. Own pride; seek humility.
11/21/17 We humble ourselves under God. Insecurity breeds prideful behavior. We do not have to prove ourselves to God. It is by dying to ourselves that we awaken to our greater purpose.

Author - Linda BeckwithI believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is". Archives
