11/30/12 Thoughts can be strengthening and life-giving. When our mind is calm, we will perceive things smoothly. Be silent and go within, where your soul can be quiet and tranquil. We savor life when the mind is still. Stay attached to the positives to attain peace, harmony, and vitality. God is our source of everlasting love, joy, and peace. We never walk alone.
11/29/12 The joys and treasures to be discovered are unlimited. Celebrate your self-worth today, not just on a holiday. Appreciate the person you are becoming through the awareness of God’s attributes within you. The wise person has a daily attitude of thankfulness and appreciation for all the gifts of life because of God’s amazing grace.
The significance of an experience may be hidden, but its richness will always reveal itself in time.
11/28/12 If you take the time to examine your experiences closely, you may discover they were all part of a larger story of significance. Peel away the layers of recent events and you will see multiple levels of perspective based on your values. The effect of your words and actions will be as real as the ripple caused by the rock thrown into still waters.
11/27/12 Great opportunities to serve never last long. You may only get one chance to serve that particular person, so take advantage of the moment. Never tell another to wait until tomorrow if you can help them today. If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done. Life is full of perfect imperfections or less than perfect service, which is always better than the best intention!
11/26/12 Your subconscious mind is responsible for your body’s functioning, such as your heartbeat, breathing, digestive system, and many other processes. You don’t have to consciously will yourself to breath, but your conscious mind is in charge of reasoning and decision-making. Are you utilizing your mind’s limitless potential? See what can be, not just what is.
11/25/12 The commercialism of the holiday season starts earlier and earlier. Don’t become battered and bruised, as well as broke this year. Society’s actions do not define who you are. Remember the real reason for the season, and let your light shine before others. Take time to reflect on what makes life beautiful and meaningful. Love!
11/24/12 We all have opportunities to show kindness, especially at this time of year. We can help strangers by delivering gifts to homeless shelters. Simply look for everyday ways to be generous of heart. Whatever the reason, don’t let this holiday season pass you by without showing others how it is more blessed to give than to receive.
11/23/12 Life is all about actions. You react, but in between you think. Learn to listen to the still, small voice of Spirit. Control your reactions to life by monitoring your thinking. Positive outlooks change your life experiences. Pay attention to your inner dialogue, and take responsibility for your thinking and actions. Love is in everything and exists everywhere!
11/22/12 Send love and gratitude today to those in pain, to those alone, and to those without hope. Allow fear, doubt, and difficulties to melt away in the presence of a deep appreciation for the blessings already received. It is said that you would never fear anything if you knew who always walked beside you. Feel God’s loving presence and know you are never alone!
11/21/12 What we don’t live, we cannot teach others. We are here on this earth to learn life’s lessons, whether they are painful or joyful. This moment leads us to the next, and they are not always ours to control. Our journey here is limited; the destination we are on may not be understood. You make the decisions and learn the lessons you need to master as traveling through your life. Travel safely with a loving heart!

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
