10/31/19 Having low expectations is living life at our own level of disappointments. High expectations can lead to resentments. Our happiness depends on a balance of expectations, more compassion, and an acceptance of life as it flows.
10/30/19 The wilderness may be dark but God leads us out into the light. We may try to go around but in order to learn, we must go through our challenges. The mountain top of success comes after the valley of failure.
10/29/19 Spiritual depression is an invisible prison. We may smile on the outside but sadness may lurk within our spirit. Stay grateful, faithful, and prayerful as this too shall soon pass.
10/28/19 Self control deepens discipline; the difference between want and need. Ask for God's help, praying for wisdom. The Spirit of God gives us power, love, and self-discipline.
10/27/19 Whatever we resist, persists. Without the resistance of water a ship cannot float, or resistance of gravity we could not walk. Courage is not the absence of fear but the resistance and mastery of it.
10/26/19 Intolerance of a problem is the birthplace of a brighter future. The difficulty is an opportunity to learn and reach a higher level of awareness. Opportunities can be brilliantly disguised as impossible situations.
10/25/19 Don't stay where defeat is accepted. When we mess up, pick up, and don't give up. Find a new path around the ditch that defeats our ultimate purpose.
10/24/19 If we believe wrong, we will live wrong. Love is the answer to curing many of life's difficult tests. A relationship with God doesn't guaranteed our life will be great, but it means we live content in faith, "knowing" who is really in control.
10/23/19 Do we live with gratitude and diligence every day? Do we appreciate all that God has given us? Develop the gifts that have been given by God; using them in worthy service to others.
10/22/19 Faithful expectations are contagious. We surround ourselves with people of similar expectations in order to live sincerely, securely, and supported. Like minded people expect the best for each other.

Author - Linda BeckwithI believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is". Archives
