10/31/16 They say it is darkest before the dawn. God has not forgotten or forsaken us in our trials. Our momentary afflictions are not permanent as eternal glory rises each day over the horizon of the healing sun.
10/30/16 If we don't transform the pain, we transmit it. God won't do our part, and we can't do His part. The dark is transformational and the light may be blinding. The dark night of the soul is that breakdown before the breakthrough.
10/29/16 There are no quick fixes in spiritual growth. Avoiding the darkness with a smile is spiritually bypassing the suffering with artificial light. Pay attention to the smooth sailing days as well as the stormy nights; this is where transformation occurs.
10/28/16 Everyone has a dream, but not many realize them. Mark Twain said there are two important days in our lives; the day we are born and the day we figure out why. Understanding the "why" changes everything.
10/27/16 An undefeated mind makes us stronger and healthier. Turn a past traumatic event into a post traumatic growth opportunity. When we get knocked down by the winds of change, get up and embrace it.
10/26/16 Turn a poisoned mind into medicine, seeking positive over negative. With God on our team, we get better, not bitter; stronger, not weaker. Encourage others and cultivate an undefeated attitude of spiritual wealth, leading to physical health.
10/25/16 We should strive daily to do our best. Forget the mental chatter and let go. Don't get attached to the results. Finding our purpose means embracing the big picture.
10/24/16 We are wired to care about others and to be connected. Is our motivation intrinsic by deepening personal relationships or extrinsic, which focuses on external happiness. One causes joy and the other loneliness; God centered or self centered?
10/23/16 We cannot succeed without failure. It is important to know that it's OK to make mistakes. God loves us unconditionally. Failure is not a setback but a road we travel toward a successful comeback.
10/22/16 Whatever we see right before bed plays in our subconscious during sleep. Are we infiltrating constant negative news? Read a positive paragraph or ponder God's purpose peacefully before hitting the pillow.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
