9/30/19 Fighters without plans turn into casualties. Just because we lost the war on the field, doesn't mean we are losers. The battle is won on the inside when we defeat the enemy within.
9/29/19 God's presence brings awareness of His greatness, grace, and glory. We die daily in order to become more awake and connected to our True Source. It may look like loss but it is the gain of a lifetime to play on God's team.
9/28/19 Perfection cannot be achieved and only causes misery in the process of attempting to find it. A need for control is usually present in a need for perfection. God is perfect and is in control no matter the circumstance.
9/27/19 Is there a behavior or habit that makes us feel like we are cheating on God's amazing grace? Some behaviors become burdens when we realize God is changing our conscience from the inside out. God's strength is made perfect in our weakness.
9/26/19 We start to see it when we search for it. Seeking God is a lifelong process of eternal discovery and reward. The starting gate is significant so never stop seeking.
9/25/19 Our situation may seem stuck but our mind is never bound by limitations. We will not experience God's best with our head in the past. Acknowledge the pain and stay grateful for the blessings as well as the battles.
9/24/19 Stay alert and pray without many distractions. Guard meditation by prioritizing prayer with God. Prayer is like sending a lightning bolt to the supernatural arena.
9/23/19 Can it be that we are addicted to painful behaviors, people, or situations? Are we victims of our own demise? When we are able to shift our perception away from all the things that don't serve our wellbeing, miracles occur.
9/22/19 Joy is deeper than feelings, finances, or status. Are we enjoying the present moment by capturing it on our phones? What we focus on becomes bigger so set the lens on God's glorious frame.
9/21/19 The right kind of reflection will lead to a resolution. The story we tell ourselves depends on our current perspective. Reflect but avoid visiting regret or resentments.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
