8/21/19 Excellence is not a skill but an attitude, not to be confused with perfection. Excellence is strived for but perfection is a demoralizing burden. Trust God, only His ways are perfect.
8/20/19 Let go, release, submit, and be still. Let go of old habits and behaviors, releasing attachment to them. Submit to God and be still, keeping the mind open to everything while holding back judgment.
8/19/19 Every painful event has the potential of posing as a traumatic life experience. Our response creates a brighter opportunity or a darkened attitude. Happiness is gained through acceptance of life on life's terms.
8/18/19 Rain falls on the seeds that have been planted. Water the seeds, not weeds, of abundance in spiritual matters. Gratitude will harvest a multitude of good virtues.
8/17/19 The biggest increase in spiritual growth does not come through self help books or worship. It comes from seasons of suffering. When we experience suffering in an environment of faith and love, spiritual growth is the direct result.
8/16/19 Pray boldly. God gave us the ability to speak, so pray. The problem is not an unanswered prayer but an un-offered one.
8/15/19 Dust away any dirty connections to gain a clean sense of self fulfillment. We don't want a life full of painful consequences but instead fulfillment of God's will. Go peacefully from trapped to trusting.
8/14/19 Sometimes the place we go to escape is the place that enslaves us. Walk away rather than walk in the wrong direction. God puts people in our lives to bring hope as He speaks through our common pain.
8/13/19 The power is not in the messenger but in the message they convey. Listen with sensitivity when adversity is overcome with humility. The example of the brave and honest is contagious.
8/12/19 Pain can bring us closer or farther away from Love. Suffering is free and changes who we are. Know the ultimate Comforter before any painful event in order to be prepared by responding with acceptance, love and faith.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
