7/31/13 You are creating your life right now, the good as well as the bad. You have far more inner resources than you ever realized, and may have just lost touch with the innate ability to create change. Asking God in prayer for help can completely turn your situation around. You choose the path to change by turning everything over to Infinite love, power, and wisdom. God answers!
7/30/13 Acceptance is the final stage of grief (coming after denial, anger, bargaining, and depression). It is the first stage of healing. We all heal in a variety of ways: by accepting, believing, connecting, forgiving, and changing. Finding purpose makes life meaningful. We are only here a short while, so follow your heart’s peace and rest in God’s loving embrace.
7/29/13 If you focus on problems, that’s all you will experience. They will take over your life. You may not be able to control a situation, but you can choose how you perceive it and react to it. Just by accepting your circumstances, you have shifted your focus to other opportunities. Take control and concentrate on what is important in life. God never changes, you do.
7/28/13 A person can live about 40 days without food, about 3 days without water, about 8 minutes without air, but only 1 second without hope. By believing in God, you give yourself a source of hope. With hope and faith, losses are offset by gains and opportunities present themselves in pain. Miracles happen when we believe in them!
7/27/13 Happiness doesn’t come from external sources. It is an inside job. Contentment is being peaceful regardless of any difficult circumstances happening around us. We attach emotions to situations by what we tell ourselves about the event. Why not ask God in prayer for help. Then rest in the peace that an abundance of God’s love, grace, and favor is upon you every day.
7/26/13 Don’t let the ego take control of the inner voice. Your inner voice always knows what to do, but it may only be a whispering. When you release your fears and resentments, your inner compass will provide the answers. The opinion of others is only noise. Pay close attention to how your conscience speaks and follow it. Inner peace is living in harmony with the voice within.
The Kingdom of God is within each of us. We just need to tap into this inner resource for peace.7/25/2013
7/25/13 When you simplify your life, you will be on your way to inner peace. Trust your inner guidance. Keep your heart on God’s love always, for the kingdom is within you. Your true nature is revealed by your inner thoughts. Don’t let anyone blow out your inner light of love and peace. Seek and you will find that all is well.
Self-respect begins when you accept responsibility for your actions. It leads to self-disipline.7/24/2013
7/24/13 Self-respect is necessary in a self-seeking world. Recognize your good qualities, as well as the defects. Treat yourself as you would a loving friend, while experiencing the inner peace of respecting who you are. This life school is an experience towards your soul’s evolution and growth. Each day becomes more loving than the day before as you treat your life as a sacred journey. 7/23/13 The most difficult time in life is not when no one understands you (that’s hard), but when you don’t understand yourself (that’s worse). In the book of Life, the answers are not in the back. Peeling the layers of regret, anger, guilt, and fear is not an easy task, but necessary for successfully living with peace in the present. Don’t beat yourself up over mistakes; learn and move on!
7/22/13 Within each of us is a symphony of voices singing a different tune. There may be the critic, the parents, the hurt child, the quiet voice, or the voice of reason. If we want to act instead of react throughout life, we have to learn to listen to the voice of inner wisdom. There is a voice of right and wrong. God speaks in whispers, so pay attention to the messages.

Author - Linda BeckwithI believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is". Archives
