6/30/19 In the world we will have trouble, but we can remain positive for inner peace. We are not in control of some events in our lives, but we can remain detached from the outcome. In the middle of trials rejoice in God's Grace.
6/29/19 A prayer of thanksgiving is powerful. It empowers God to act on our behalf. Be anxious for nothing but in everything be grateful.
6/28/19 When we live out of control internally, we try controlling other people as compensation for our deficit. It is not God's will for emotions to take charge of our life. We have control of our emotional stability based on what we are thinking.
6/27/19 Lose the tight grip on life by humbly releasing control. Trust the timing of God's perfect plan. We were not meant to carry the world's heavy burdens on our shoulders so walk lightly.
6/26/19 Spiritual warfare attacks through any crack in our foundation. Stay clear minded as the enemy may be within. We can get drunk on our own opinions and carelessly stumble if we're not humble.
6/25/19 We don’t know who we are until we see what we can do. Never think defeat because hidden within every setback is a blessing in disguise. Try and fail, but don’t fail to try.
6/24/19 If we live an honorable life, we can enjoy it again when we are older. Our actions of love and integrity will bless us again later as the cycle of life continues. Pay forward a life of loving service to be returned in generations to come.
6/23/19 God's simple formula is truth or consequences. The detours in life lead us back to the main road, Love. Take the road less traveled back to the One True Source of Love.
6/22/19 We all grow old when we stop playing. It is never too late to learn a new skill. Maintain an attitude of gratitude, not taking today for granted.
6/21/19 It is in our greatest weakness that we find God's strength to withstand our struggle. Anxiety comes from thinking we are in control. God is sufficient to handle all our pain if we humbly ask.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
