6/30/17 God gave everyone a navigational system called conscience. It is the inner voice shouting for us to come into a relationship with Him. Peace comes when we follow our heart to the Source within.
6/29/17 Conscience works from within. It can make us ache with a pain that no doctor can remove, except The Great Physician, who is always on call. Conscience is God's umpire in the heart.
6/28/17 We are the authors of our own stories. We can be both brave & broken-hearted. It is the privilege of our lifetime to be fully seen for who we are.
6/27/17 Do we have selective hearing when it comes to conscience? Man works from the "outside in" as God works from the "inside out". Clean the inside out by removing the debris that blocks us from the sunlight of our spirit.
6/26/17 Guilt keeps us from our destiny. Don't drag yesterday's failures into today. God doesn't remember our past when we ask for forgiveness with a sincere heart.
6/25/17 We can't leave something behind until we let it go. Acknowledge what was learned, grieve what was lost, and leave it behind. Grace covers all failures as preparation for future success.
6/24/17 The cover up is always worse than the crime. Unpack all the extra baggage from guilt, shame, and regret. Walk lightly with confidence, integrity and a cheerful heart.
6/23/17 An opportunity may be lost in the blink of an eye, but regret may last forever. Regret shows the uncomfortable side of empathy. Realize there is still time for kindness and courage to do what is right today.
Our circumstances and background influence who we become, but we are ultimately responsible for who we are now.
6/22/17 The person who leans into the uncomfortable, rises stronger than before. We are the authors of our own story, and responsible for every action made.
6/21/17 Our life is filled with mirrors of change. These reflections of ourselves allow us to view our inner selves, understanding who we are in order to change. Life reflects what we allow ourselves to see.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
