6/30/16 What would happen if we assumed nothing was impossible? The word impossible itself says, "I'm possible". Pitch a few changeups once in a while and a home run may appear magically. God is in the details as long as we come to practice.
6/29/16 We need to feed our minds daily because God gave us one brain to use in this lifetime, not abuse. Reading is like exploring different places and learning new ideas. Learn to listen and listen to learn anything. There is no limit to the things we can think or do.
6/28/16 Self analysis can lead to the wrong psychoanalysis, as well as decision paralysis. The wise person thinks from both sides of their brain using logic and intuition. The unknown is feared by the weak. Take a risk by leaping first and then looking back.
6/27/16 Having less time in this busy over-stimulated world, we need to focus on our intuition in order to save time. In a time-starved society, gut responses help us see through the clutter of information overload. Intuition is a wise and helpful screener.
6/26/16 We are hardwired to connect with others. It gives us purpose, and it is why we are here. Isolation goes against our nature. Everyone is worthy of connecting. Dare to show up and be seen with courage and conviction to engage in life. It's being all in with the hand we're dealt.
6/25/16 Who we are matters more than what we know. Life is a string of many different colored experiences, with the hard lessons teaching us the most about the kind of path we are walking. The journey may not be smooth or straight and can go from being frustrating to divine, but make it worth every step in the end.
6/24/16 Vulnerability is the place where courage and fear meet and do the tango. There is no dance step without risks. There is an underlying uncertainty that if we step out, will we be liked? Admitting a fear will make it less paralyzing. Courage in spite of fear is never weakness, but strengthens our resolve.
6/23/16 The word vulnerability means open to attack or capable of being wounded. It is better to acknowledge a risk as it increases our chance of overcoming the emotional exposure it brings. We are most vulnerable when we feel less susceptible to its deception.
6/22/16 Holding onto guilt, regrets, stress, or negative emotions hurts our physical well-being. It causes disease. We can talk it out in forgiveness or take it out on our body. Our organs keep score as stress eats us from the inside out. It may not be what we eat but what eats us.
6/21/16 Resentment never corrects the problem or changes the past. The past cannot hurt the present unless we allow it. Holding resentments only hurts us, not others. The other person is resting comfortably while we stew in anger.

Author - Linda BeckwithI believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is". Archives
