5/30/13 The greatest discovery in life is the fact that when we change our inner attitudes of the mind, we can change the outer circumstances of our lives. It may only take one new idea to change or transform us. It is our attitude, not our circumstances, that determines our happiness or misery. A good attitude gives us purpose and meaning, not happiness through possessions.
5/29/13 Don’t hold anyone responsible for your happiness, because you don’t want to be responsible for theirs. Unhappiness can spread like a virus from one person to another. When someone is rude or angry, do not let their unhappiness infect your life. Quarantine yourself from negativity and judgment. Multiply the good germs of happiness!
5/28/13 Every action determines the destiny of your life. You choose your actions, and your choices determine your future. Don’t let your past control your present, but learn from any mistakes. Change is easy once you decide to live according to God’s will for you. Go with the flow, and live abundantly starting today. Choose to serve.
5/27/13 Forgiveness renews life by finishing unfinished business. We cannot force forgiveness because that closes the heart. It is mercy in action the same way that compassion is wisdom in action. Let go of the state of mind that has caused so much suffering and free yourself of the chains of unforgiveness. Forgive yourself.
5/26/13 Life isn’t random. God works all things together for the good. There is a pattern and purpose for every existence. Challenges will arise to make you aware of your inner purpose. There truly is a spiritual solution to every problem. When you become aware of your unique purpose in life, you become like an architect building your house of joyful spaces with confidence.
5/25/13 It takes courage to unmask the true feelings you have of yourself. When you recognize the values and attitudes that shape your life, you’re in a perfect position to focus on improving yourself and reaching your true potential. Seek God and discover all the inner resources that are at your disposal through the Spirit within.
5/24/13 Stress is a used, misused, abused, and overused word that causes wear and tear on the body and mind. It is the body’s reaction to circumstances in your world. Stress is a given in life, but it is how you react to it that causes problems. Dealing with stress is an inside job. Adapt and learn to respond positively to all stresses for healthy living! Pray and breathe!
5/23/13 Act Enthusiastically. The way you think and act, you tend to be. Affirm your enthusiasm. As you think it, talk it and live it, you will have it. Enlarge the view you have of your God-given talents and abilities, and with humility develop a good opinion of yourself. Keep your creative channel open to God by remembering that enthusiasm is “entheos” meaning “God within”.
5/22/13 Behind your greatest fear is your greatest gift. Your greatest gift will be the example you become. Any action is better than no action at all. Conquer fear with faith, while believing and praying that God will help you. Don’t give in to it, but look fear in the face. When you stand up to fears, they shrink. Think courage, and courage will flow into you.
5/21/13 In order to stay spiritually alive and dynamic all your life, you need to keep from being frustrated. Peaceful thinking brings you to a level of mental clarity where nothing can bother you. Give all you’ve got to God and He will give back blessings and gifts. Practice entertaining the word tranquility morning, noon, and night with grace and humble devotions to God.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
