Give yourself permission to be all you can be in life. You deserve the very best life has to offer. Affirmation: I am perfect health and love.
5/31/12 Each morning when we wake, we have an opportunity to create a great day. It sets the tone to open us up to inspiration and creating beauty in our day. Honor your feelings and introduce a new affirmation or vision. Our first waking moments set the stage for a more conscious experience, and we become participants in the creation of our lives.
5/30/12 You can regain your inner balance and restore a peaceful state of mind by engaging in soothing activities. Taking short breaks can actually help you to be more productive. By honoring solitude and relaxation, you release tension and regain balance. Pursue activities you love, renewing your focus and optimistic outlook on life.
5/29/12 Take a risk a day; one small or bold stroke that makes you feel great once you’ve done it. If you risk nothing, then you risk everything. Works in progress are never perfect, but changes can be made to the rough draft. The beautiful, authentic life you are creating for yourself is art. Make it a masterpiece, perfect in its imperfections.
5/28/12 Everyone fears the unknown. We fear failure, but we also fear success. We are afraid of succeeding to change and become our authentic selves, because we are familiar with the way things are. Our inner selves do not become authentic by isolating. God did not create us to be alone. Heaven applauds the courage it takes to change and become all you can be!
5/27/12 Did you bury a precious dream you had? There was a time in your life when you were going to set the world on fire. You need to rekindle the courage to retrace the steps to authenticity. “Courage is the price that life extracts for granting peace,” said Amelia Earhart. It takes strength to look truth in the eye and accept it as your reality.
Prayer may not change things for you, but it changes you for things. When you lay your head to sleep, count your blessings instead of sheep.
5/26/12 We are sometimes caught in a state of chaos being pulled by the world and away from any kind of inner experience. Prayer is intended to be a deliberate turn inward toward God. Try giving more attention to the Spirit within, where the real solution to any problem always exists. Create a task that peaks inner awareness.
The best way to maximize your creative potential is to find something you love to do. There is no time like the present!
5/25/12 Each of us is an artist, who accesses the creative energy of the Universe to bring forth our God-given gifts. Making the best of ourselves is the reason we are here; to love, help, and to serve. It requires patience and perseverance. It also requires prayer and becoming receptive to inspiration—being in Spirit! We are Divine children of God!
Forty is the old age of youth, and fifty is the youth of old age. Live while you are here to enjoy it, without regrets. Every day is a miracle.
5/24/12 An unfortunate weakness in the life cycle is our failure to honor age. We all face the karmic payback to our past rebellious value of youth. There is a fear about aging, but we need only respect its power for knowledge and wisdom. Transform your experience of age, showing beauty without fear.
5/23/12 Your body doesn’t lie. Listen to it carefully, and it will tell you everything you need to know to be healthy. Make a date to see your two best physicians, Dr. Sleep and Dr. Laughter. To get your body in tone, you need to have your mind in tune! It is the key to health and happiness. Health is a blessing that money cannot buy. Gratitude goes to your Creator in prayer!
5/22/12 When we are honestly genuine, our successes are seen as gifts and leave us feeling humbled. One may be a great singer, writer, or repairman, and seen from the outside it may appear that this talent was cultivated and chosen. However, deep within us we know we are the beneficiaries of a God-given gift. Knowing that our talents are gifts received, brings with it humility in our expression. Gratitude is natural!

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
