4/30/18 Fear can steal our joy and doesn't help or change the situation. It is the opposite of trusting God. Our time here is too important to waste even one moment in fear. Gratitude trumps anxiety.
4/29/18 The ancient discipline of silence expresses the mystery and awe of God. Solitude reduces stress and empowers communication. Silence increases sensitivity and opens our eyes to the needs of others.
4/28/18 When we embrace fear, it no longer empowers us. Accumulated anxiety leads to a domination of paralyzing emotions and thoughts. Courage is not the absence of fear but walking through it gracefully.
4/27/18 All of life is a living, loving meditation. We are all single threads of a tapestry sown and connected together. We walk side by side, renewed by our mind and awakened to the true light within.
4/26/18 Pessimism protects us from disappointment but also imprisons our mindset. A drama-filled life protects us from being productive and taking responsibility. Break the chains of negativity with the knowledge that God's plan is to positively prosper us.
4/25/18 Worrying about a problem never changes it. To worry is to torment oneself needlessly. Why worry about the future, God is already there.
4/24/18 Yield to have God's best. What we can walk away from determines what God can bring us into. Surrendering leads to a purposeful destiny, which provides an abundant spiritual wealth.
4/23/18 Little things can change in big ways when God intervenes. Don't underestimate the little things. Give all heart, mind, and strength to God because even our flaws can be used for His glory.
4/22/18 God has more patience than we have problems. Sometimes we are waiting on God but God is waiting on us. Patience is just impatience stretched to its limit.
4/21/18 It doesn't matter how long we live but how well we live. It isn't about the quantity of days but the quality of each moment. It's not about how many years we live but the life and love we've put into those years that counts.

Author - Linda BeckwithI believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is". Archives
