4/30/13 Trust the unfolding of your life, and see what you learn from your experiences. The universe and everything around you is a process. God is the loving force in all that unfolds around you. When you are in tune with trusting this Loving force, you are living in faith and stepping into harmony with the life around you. Love walks beside you always.
4/29/13 The best way to get in control is to give up control. Surrender to win! Sometimes you have no control over a situation, and it is a waste of mental and physical energy to try and change what you cannot change. Accept it. Being preoccupied with your role as a “victim” blinds you to the opportunities that exist in every moment of your life.
4/28/13 Confucius say, “before you embark on a journey of revenge, dig two graves.” Revenge is a confession of pain that only leads to a wrong action. It is the weak pleasure of a narrow mind. The opposite is understanding and compassion with an open mind. The best revenge you can show is forgiveness, and to let your life actions of love be the lesson of change for another.
4/27/13 So many of us believe that we are alone in our challenges and fears, as well as our hopes and dreams and that we must keep ourselves hidden behind a façade of happiness. There is so much more that connects us than separates us. We all struggle. Our journey’s ultimate purpose, designed by God, is to lead us to the best in us.
Conditions will never improve if we are satisfied with all those conditions we have in the present.4/26/2013
4/26/13 Complacency is a terrible mind-set that can spread throughout all areas of our life. Failure comes knocking at the door. Restlessness is discontentment, and continuing hunger is the necessity of growth. Creative discontent will push you forward, but stubborn selfishness thwarts progress. Life is all about balance and discipline!
4/25/13 The wind of divine grace is always blowing. You just need to spread your wings and fly with it. Red tail hawks hold their wings in an attitude that invites the wind to lift and carry them. There is no struggle. Don’t take your actions in the world personally, because it is not you working, but God working in and through you. A person who forces a life against their true nature will struggle. An innate love of what you are doing is pure joy.
4/24/13 One of the most liberating experiences of life is to be able to laugh at yourself. Life is too short to take on all the complexities of seriousness. Haha! Life is strangely funny, and you are perfect in your imperfections. Humor is an attitude, and laughter is a way of expressing humor. The question is can the people around you recognize how much you love life by your ability to laugh at yourself?
4/23/13 Our courage is tested when we resist taking the easy way out or giving in to negative behaviors that will harm ourselves and others. Courage is like entering a dark room filled with dangers but also filled with many treasures. It is resistance to fear, not absence of fear. In the face of struggles, we move toward the best in ourselves~we move toward God.
4/22/13 A French proverb states that “You often meet your destiny on the road you take to avoid it.” Life is just a step at a time at a moment in time. The path contains what you need as long as you are awake to see the opportunities placed at your feet. The leveling point is your perspective, so balance yourself and jump up.
4/21/13 Love is always present in the simple ordinary moments. The challenge is to see the gift even as we live it and not rush past it. Unearthing shards of love can define healing. Darkness and grief are not the final say, because nothing with God exists apart from light and love. Love is always knocking on the heart hoping to be awakened to a greater plan & purpose.

We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health.
