2/29/16 If we want people to like us, we should be the kind of person who is positive and encouraging. We always reap what we sow. In order to have friends, we need to be friendly. A positive attitude attracts others, while a negative demeanor pushes away the kind hearted. Renewed thinking brings about renewed actions.
2/28/16 Be in it to win it. Big dreams mean big challenges. Not everyone will celebrate our success so we need to keep our eyes on the prize not on proving ourselves. Every struggle makes us stronger, and it prepares us for something better. Our destined future is in front of us as we look to it with confident expectancy.
2/27/16 Our internal dialogue is crucial. What we tell ourselves about ourselves matters. A glass of muddy water is like a mind with negative thoughts. We need to filter the negative dirt out, replacing it with fresh living water to achieve a clear glass of positive energy. Fill the mind with clean internal dialogues for a healthy dose of h2o.
2/26/16 We choose the life we want by choosing the thoughts we think. No matter where we live, our happiness is determined by our thought life. We choose in the small moments. We suit up and show up for whatever God has provided for our day. Start the day with positive motives and watch what happens.
2/25/16 We can choose to balance our lives with delaying gratification. The rat racer loves instant gratification but loses an experience with the present moment. The joyful person is fueled with gratitude and does not need instant success. We learn to fail or fail to learn.
2/24/16 Contentment makes a poor man rich but discontentment makes a rich man poor. Gratitude leads to contentment. It is the antidote to feelings of entitlement and greed. We bring nothing into this world and can only leave a legacy of love behind for future generations to inherit in our absence.
2/23/16 All we need is what we have at this moment to fulfill our divine purpose. Don't be discouraged if things aren't going our way or underestimate God's plan. Our resources will multiply if we stay in faith. God placed a dream in our heart that only we can uniquely fulfill.
2/22/16 When we fail at anything our ego suffers. It punctures our need to succeed. Our ego defines who we are in the world. It may be a wonderful servant but never let it run the show. The ego master only wants reward. Stay in balance by nourishing the soul with love and gratitude through prayer and service.
2/21/16 Do not dwell on any failure. Acknowledge it, own it, and move on. God is patient and works it all together for our good if we stay in His grace during disappointments. These are the opportunities for inspiration to suddenly flow in. When we widen our mental channel, God causes miracles to occur unexpectedly. This will all make sense at a later date.
2/20/16 The love of money is the root of all evil, but the love of others is the root of goodness. If we are rich in love, we will have a great treasure of wealth. When faithful in the small things, God blesses us with more. Nothing in the spiritual realm is attainable with money, only love. We never have to overwork in order to be wealthy beyond riches in God's world.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
