1/31/11 What is acceptance? Acceptance is surrendering to what is: our circumstances, our feelings, our problems, our health, our relationships, and the delay of our dreams. It is the quiet tears or the long sigh of the soul. Surrendering to the reality of your situation, not fighting or resisting, will allow you to see the next step to take. Allow the healing process of change to occur, & feel the sense of relief.
We are all like sticks of dynamite. The power is on the inside, but nothing happens until the fuse is lit.
1/30/11 Have faith in the expectancy of today’s blessings. Faith does not rely on logical proof or material evidence. Believe that this is the year of change, and have faith that it is already happening. Act as if you are that change you want. Put action behind your faith. Faith is putting all your eggs in God’s basket, and counting your blessings before they hatch. Have faith.
1/29/11 It is not the things you get, but the hearts you touch, that determine your success in life. In many ways, we are all just mirrors of each other. One little difference that always makes a big difference is our attitude. Every day may not be good, but there is always something good in every day. Make every day a holiday!
1/28/11 Our bodies are over 50% water, so it makes sense that human beings have considered water to be a sacred source of life and healing. It is half of who we are, and over half the earth’s surface is water. Meditating with the sounds of, or the physical presence of, water can be a powerful way of aligning ourselves with this peaceful source in order to heal and renew. Experience the cleansing power of a racing river washing away all negative thoughts, making every dream come true.
Fall down seven times, get up eight!!!! Failure is only another word for experience. The lesson learned is always valuable.
1/27/11 When the world says to give up, “hope” whispers to keep on trying. You will never know how close you really are to the goal if you give up. Don’t trip over the pebbles. You will walk the sands and cross many mountains to your destiny. Remember, it is always that last “key” that unlocks your heart’s desire to find the love you were looking for in the universe. Endure miles of running while chasing and conquering your dreams. You only have today.
Wear your blessing well, and always judge your success by what you had to give up in order to get it.
1/26/11 We all enter the arena of awareness differently, and it doesn’t matter how long it takes to get there. Spirituality is a private journey, leading us on our own path of awakening. It is in the awakening that we become more attuned to what is right for us, led by our inner guidance. Whatever our path, it is perfect, making us feel connected and alive.
Silly nonsense wakes up the brain and works the abs; also a good way to relieve anxiety and create contentment.
1/25/11 Do you remember how to play? How to giggle? When was the last time you had a belly laugh? Humor is the antidote for so many ills. It is always better to keep your mouth shut and give the impression you’re stupid, than to open it and remove all doubt. There are three types of people: those who make things happen, watch things happen, and those who wonder what happened. Make someone smile every day.
When your values come from a spiritual basis, you will be a magnet to draw forth others like you. Spiritual values create harmony.
1/24/11 Did you know that we all have a spiritual personality? Just as we choose different music, clothes, sports, etc.; we also celebrate different activities that bring peace, connection, or joy. A deep sense of spiritual wellbeing comes from exercising your soul. Keep the company of like-minded people to achieve success and support. Attitude empowers the blessing, intention, and gratitude; bringing you inner strength and love.
1/23/11 Prayer is an important aspect of a spiritual life. Honesty in prayer seems easy, and just as in any relationship, is a necessary virtue. In order to hear the answers clearly, we need to put aside our own desires. We will then be able to embrace new blessings and a new depth of soul that we would never have imagined. Plant seeds of peace, wisdom, healing, comfort, and energy as a reminder that our souls play a vital role in everything we do, say, believe, and are.
Carl Jung said the most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. If you don't love yourself completely, how do you expect anyone else to?
1/22/11 Do you speak to yourself with a voice of kindness and respect? One of the most important actions we take to express greater kindness is to speak to ourselves in a much more loving way. Do away with that ever-present voice of self-doubt and fear that lives within you, and replace it with affirmations of self-respect, love, and appreciation. When we are able to value our self-worth as much as we listen to the self-critic we begin to tap the resource of wisdom. You are love.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live. They have found they have an appreciation for the present. We are all here to contribute love, forgiveness, and service. As I age, I want to nourish my soul's purpose. If we are open to grace, people will appear in our lives to encourage growth of our souls. Allow me to provide daily nourishment through loving words, because joy is our birthright. I call these my daily "Truth Vitamins" for spiritual health. Join me in discovering together our inner soul purpose with "Love~that's all there is".
