9/20/13 One of the easiest ways to feel good about yourself is to do good things. You can learn something new for your mental well-being. Doing nice things for others always comes back to making you feel better about yourself. The key is action. Praying for others is great, but sending them a note or visiting with them is better. Living comes by action, not by accident.

I believe everyday is a gift from our Creator. As we age, some may fear the unknown~death. People who become aware of their mortality find they have actually gained freedom to live.
