6/18/12 Sleep is nature’s way of recharging our batteries. Who gets the required eight hours? The quality of our sleep has a greater influence on our ability to enjoy our day. To energize the body try returning to the basics: keep your body moving, breathe deeply, and get enough rest. Be in tune with your body by loving and honoring it!
